摘要
我国非英语专业大学英语教学存在重文化引入轻文化输出的问题,文化失语现象严重,影响了中国文化对外传播的效果。由"迎进来"转变为"走出去"的国家文化新战略对大学英语文化教学提出了新的要求,自2013年12月以来实施的新的大学英语四六级翻译题型充分反映了这一发展趋势。大学英语教学在培养"听说读写译"英语应用能力的基础上,必须拓展文化传播能力目标,在英语教学中巧妙融入中国文化内容,通过比较异同培养跨文化交际能力。
The problems of college English teaching existing in the non-English majors are the emphasis on the cultural input while ignoring the cultural output, which seriously affect the spreading of Chinese culture. Oriented by the national "Chinese culture going out" strategy, educational reform of China's College English teaching must be carried out. The new translation requirements of CET-4/6, which have been implemented since December 2013, reflect the trend of reform. Based on the abilities of"listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating", the ability to spread the Chinese culture must be focused as a key ability to College English teaching. In addition, the Chinese cultural content should be integrated throughout English teaching, and comparisons should be made to develop intercultural communication skills.
