摘要 研究了苎麻纤维在N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶液处理后纤维性能的变化.通过对处理温度、处理时间和NMMO质量分数等影响因素的研究,得出:随着处理温度的升高、处理时间的延长和NMMO质量分数的增加,苎麻纤维的断裂强度呈下降趋势,断裂伸长率和断裂回转数呈增加趋势,纤维的柔软性能变好;温度70℃、时间30min、NMMO质量分数30%为较佳的处理工艺. Abstract. The properties of ramie fibers treated by N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO) solution were studied. By the investigation of temperature, time and the mass fraction of NMMO, some conclusions were drawn. The breaking tenacity of ramie fibers showed down trend along with the increasing of temperature, time and the mass fraction of NMMO, while the breaking elongation and the breaking rotation number of ramie fibers were increased. The softness of ramie fibers was gotten better. The optimum conditions of treating in NMMO solution were 70 ℃, 30 min and 30% NMMO mass fraction.
