胰腺手术后胰瘘综合治疗

摘要 术后胰瘘（postoperative pancreatic fistula）是胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）、中段胰腺切除术（central pancreatectomy,CP）和远端胰腺切除术（distal pancreatectomy,DP）等胰腺手术后常见的并发症。
