摘要
本试验旨在研究大豆肽的体外抗氧化活性以及不同大豆肽水平对龄断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取健康、体重接近(7.68±1.08)kg的25日龄的杜×长×大断奶仔猪144头,随机分为4组,即对照组、处理1组(添加5 g/kg大豆肽)、处理2组(添加10 g/kg大豆肽)和处理3组(添加20 g/kg大豆肽),每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪。试验期为28 d。结果表明:大豆肽对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟自由基(·OH)具有良好的清除能力,其清除率可分别达到98.33%和84.38%;处理1组、2组显著提高了断奶仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),也降低了饲料增重比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,处理1、2、3组均能显著提高断奶仔猪血浆IgG、IgM、IL-6和IFN-γ含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,大豆肽具有良好的抗氧化活性;饲粮中添加大豆肽可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,降低饲料增重比,并增强机体的免疫功能。
This experiment was conducted to investigate antioxidant capacity of soy peptides in vitro and their effects on growth performance and immune function of weaned piglets. A total of one hundred and forty four 25-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred weaned piglets, with weight 7.68±1.08 kg, were randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group, group 1 (5 g/kg soy peptides), group 2 (10 g/kg soy peptides)and group 3 (20 g/kg soy peptides). Each group had 3 replicates with 12 piglets per replicate. The experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that soy peptides had a good capability of removing DPPH · and· OH, and their scavenging effect was also gradually enhanced with the increase of concentration, whose clearance rate reached 98.33% and 84.38% respectively.Group 1 and 2 showed significan timprovement in the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of weanerd piglets(P〈 0.05), while the ratio of feed to gain was significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, group 1, 2 and 3 could significantly improve the content of plasma IgG, IgM, IL-6 and INF-γ in weaned piglets(P〈0.05). It was concluded that soy peptides showed good antioxidant capacity and their addition in the diet cowldimprove the growth performance and immune function of weaneed piglets, and reduce the ratio of feed to gain.
