摘要
为了更准确的描述管电压,本实验通过以二极管探头、数字电路为基础的非介入式方法,对医用乳腺X射线机管电压进行了测量,并以此结果刻度了介入式分压箱;同时,对采样数据进行高斯分布处理,剔除3σ以外的数据,对管电压纹波重新计算并与定义值进行了比较。采用非介入式方法对管电压进行测量,结果与仪器示值的差别小于1%,管电压纹波小于8%,达到了建立乳腺X射线参考辐射场的要求。
In order to describe the tube voltage more accurately, the tube voltage of medical mammography were measured by non - intrusive methods . The method is based on diode probe and digital circuit. And the results are used to calibrate the resistive volt ratio boxes. At the same time, the sampling data are processed assuming Gaussian distribution, excluding 3σ outside data, recalculated the tube voltage ripple and compared with the defined value. Using non - intrusive method for measuring the tube voltage, the results show the difference between the value of the instrument is less than 1% ,the tube voltage ripple is less than 8%, and reached the requirements of establishing a mammography X - ray reference radiation field.
