核电站仪控系统智能测试装置设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对核电站仪控系统生产制造过程中测试效率低下从而导致系统厂内制造周期长的问题,设计了一套测试装置。该测试装置采用自动化测试技术和数字仿真技术,实现了核电站数字化仪控系统模块和机柜级产品的自动化厂内测试,显著缩短了核电站仪控系统的生产制造周期,提升测试工作效率达5倍以上。 Considering the low testing efficiency in the factory manufacturing of instrumentation and control (I&C) system in nuclear power plant, an intelligent testing device is put forward and analyzed in this paper. The testing device adopts automated test and digital simulation technique to realize the module and cabinet factory test for nuclear plant digital I&C system. It has been proved that the testing device can significantly shorten the system production period more than 5 times.
