摘要
将PHC管桩生产过程中蒸压釜冷凝水以一定比例替代混凝土搅拌用水,试配C80新拌混凝土,测定新拌混凝土的工作性和蒸养混凝土抗压强度及蒸压混凝土抗压强度。试验结果表明,用蒸压釜冷凝水制备的新拌混凝土,其混凝土坍落度可以满足管桩生产要求,蒸养混凝土强度可以达到60MPa以上,蒸压混凝土强度达到80MPa以上,分析了冷凝水配制混凝土强度增长的机理。
Using autoclaved kettle condensation water instead of concrete mixing water to prepare C80 concrete for the PHC pile production, the workability of fresh concrete and the concrete compressive strength after steam curing and after autoclaved curing are tested. The test results indicate that the slump of the fresh concrete prepared by using auto- claved kettle condensation water can meet the requirements of pile production, the concrete strength can reach more than 60 MPa after steam curing, and the concrete strength reached more than 80 MPa after autoclaved curing. And then, the mechanism of concrete strength growth with condensation water is analyzed.
