摘要
介绍了适用于高强免压蒸管桩的JC-700高性能减水剂的制备、性能及其在该类管桩中的应用情况,并与传统萘系减水剂所配制的管桩进行了对比。结果表明:采用JC-700高性能减水剂所配制的管桩强度更高,外观更光洁。此外,还研究了石子含泥量对管桩混凝土和易性和抗压强度的影响。
Preparation, properties and application of JC-700 high performance water reducing agent for non-steam autoclaved C80 high-strength concrete pile are introduced. Compared with piles with traditional naphthalene series water reducing agent, piles with the JC-700 water reducing agent have higher strength and more beautiful appearance. In addition, the influence of mud contents of stones on the workability and compressive strength of pile concrete is studied.
