摘要
大学生村干部的成长成才,是相关政策实践的基础性支撑;对大学生村干部成长成才规律的探究,是相关政策实践的关键性保障。依据跨区域实证调研的相关成果,遵循人才学关于人才成长的一般性规律,大学生村干部成长成才的特殊性规律可以提炼与总结为如下方面:"人才辈出——激励平衡规律""人成其才——角色衔接规律""人用其才——知行匹配规律""人尽其才——考评对称规律"。以上互相依存、互不可缺的四个规律性要素,形成大学生村干部成长成才的规律系统。遵循这一规律系统的相应实践,将使大学生村干部政策成为新一代人才成长的又一平台。
The growth of university student village officials is a basic support to the practice of relative policies. The study on the law of the growth of university student village officials is the crucial protection of the practice of relative policies. According to the results of trans - regional field investigations and the general law of talent growth, some particular laws concerning the growth of university student village officials can be summarized as follows: "the law of balance stimulation the law of role convergence the law of balance between knowledge and practice" and " the law of evaluation symmetry". These four inter - related and inter - dependent elements contribute to a regular system about the growth of university student village officials. The practice of this regular system will turn the university student village official policy into another platform for the growth of new era talents.
