移植早期卵裂胚胎对IVF-ET妊娠结局的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 高质量、具有发育潜能的受精卵是体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗周期成功的先决条件之一。如何选择出这样的受精卵是辅助生殖技术领域研究的重点。对胚胎早期卵裂情况进行观察早在2001年即被认为是选择卵裂第3天(D3)移植胚胎的有效方法。
