超声引导下的桡动脉穿刺方法的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:在超声下桡动脉穿刺中使用超声改良后的短轴方法(显影线定位法)与长轴方法进行比较,评价改良后的短轴方法效果。方法:选择择期拟行肝癌切术或脾切除手术患者100例,随机分为改良的短轴组(A组)和长轴组(B组),所有患者均于局部麻醉后在超声下进行桡动脉穿刺术,记录两组超声定位时间、首次穿刺成功率(一次穿刺成功)、穿刺失败率(桡动脉穿刺失败3次以上我们定义为桡动脉穿刺失败)及并发症发生情况。结果:与长轴法比较,改良后的短轴法超声定位时间缩短(P<0.05),并且首次穿刺成功率显著增加(P<0.05),而穿刺失败率及并发症比较显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良后的短轴方法相比长轴方法显著提高了桡动脉首次穿刺成功率。
