军事话语及其传播研究——以《2010年中国的国防》白皮书为例

在中国崛起的过程中,因中国所处的国际环境以及与外部世界的关系,中国的对外军事话语传播意义重大。在此以《2010年中国的国防》白皮书为研究对象,具体分析白皮书在消除所谓"中国威胁"、对外树立中国军事安全形象方面的话语策略与困难所在。另外,笔者认为,在建设中国梦的新时代,中国的对外军事话语传播获得了新机遇与新功能,由中国引领的新的国际经济合作潮流,增强了中国的吸引力,也因此为中国的军事话语传播提供了新的内涵与影响力。

In the process of China rising,the international political settings and China' s relations with the outside world have added great significance to China' s military communication. In this paper,the Defense White Paper of 2010 is chosen as a research topic. This paper analyzes the discourse strategies applied to eliminate the so called 'China Threat'and to cultivate positive military image as well as the dilemmas it faces. In the new era of realizing the Chinese Dream,China' s military discourse and communication with the outside world has gained new opportunities and new functions. The new trend of international economic cooperation led by China has increased China' s attractiveness,which will provide new content and influence for China' s military discourse and communication.
