在新的历史时期,如何进一步强化实施科技扶贫工作与发展特色现代农业,是农业转型升级的重要内容与关键环节。该文在深入调研基础上,提出实施科技扶贫战略来有效带动政和县特色现代农业发展的对策建议,力求围绕山区高效生态农业的发展目标,充分发挥良好的生态优势,结合政和县农业发展实际,优化提升产业开发的水平,促使形成引领产业的集群,构建创新驱动发展的新格局。

In the new historical period, how to further strengthen the implementation poverty alleviation and develop characteristics modern agriculture with science and technology is the important content and the key link of agricultural transformation and upgrading. The countermeasures and suggestions about poverty alleviation strategies with science and technology and effectively by promoting modern characteristic agriculture development at Zhenghe county are proposed in this paper. Bearing the goal of high efficient development of ecological agriculture in mountainous areas in mind, we should take the advantages of good ecology to improve the level of industry in accordance with agricultural reality at Zhenghe county.
