慢性肾衰继发甲状旁腺功能亢进患者围手术期临床研究

目的评价慢性肾衰(CRF)继发甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)患者围手术期优质处理的效果。方法回顾性分析该科近年来因CRF-SHPT行甲状旁腺切除术的60例患者的临床资料,按接受优质处理(n=30)或普通处理(n=30)分为两组,比较其围手术期并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果优质处理组患者并发症发生率和平均住院日明显低于普通处理组,并且满意度显著提高。结论 CRF-SHPT患者病情复杂,围手术期并发症多,通过实施优质处理,可更顺利渡过围术期,临床效果满意。

【Objective】To evaluate the value of high perioperative quality care of chronic renal failure（CRF）patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism（SHPT）. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 60CRF-SHPT patients in our department in recent years was conducted. Patients were divided into 2 groups according to whether they received high-quality care（n = 30） or usual care（n = 30）. The perioperative complications and treatment effects were compared.【Results】Patients in the high-quality care group had lower complication rates and shorter average duration of hospital stay than those in the usual care group, while the satisfaction rate was significantly improved in the high-quality care group. 【Conclusions】Patients with CRF-SHPT have more complicated clinical condition and perioperative complications. The patients can go through the perioperative period more smoothly through the implementation of high-quality care, and the clinical results are satisfactory.
