中药学专业人才培养改革问题的思考

Reflections on Reform of Personnel Training of Chinese Materia Medica

对中药高等教育的历史与现实进行反思,并在社会多样化需求和新的中药学类专业布局的基础上,对中药学专业的定位与人才类型、人才培养目标的确立进行论述。提出在中药学专业人才培养中,要坚持"中医药思维与科学思维培养并重"和"传承有特色、创新有基础、服务有能力"的基本原则,要深化中药学专业人才培养模式改革,科学构建中药学专业课程体系,深入开展中药高等教育的研究,积极落实《本科中药学类专业教学质量国家标准》。

This paper reflects on history and reality of higher education in Chinese materia medica. Based on social diversified demands and new distribution of Chinese materia medica specialty, the positioning of Chinese materia medica specialty and setting of personnel types and personnel training goals were discussed. In training personnel of Chinese scientific pharmacy specialty, the basic principles of ＂paying equal attention of training Chinese medicine thinking and thinking＂, and ＂distinctive inheritance, basic innovation and competent service＂ should be persisted in, and reform of personnel training mode in Chinese materia medica specialty should be deepen. Also the course system of Chinese materia medica specialty should be established scientifically, deep development of the research on higher education in Chinese materia medica should be promoted, and the national standard of undergraduate teaching quality for Chinese materia medica specialty should be carried out positively.
