构式切换是指一个表达中结构义的歧义解读,在疑问词复现结构中的体现则是时间性构式与非时间性构式的歧义。本研究考察这两种构式在疑问词复现结构中的内省切换与使用切换。语言内省表明,两种构式切换的可及性与疑问词复现间距有关。语料库分析则显示,两种构式实例的频率与疑问词复现间距也存在关联。这表明,时间性与非时间性的构式切换存在间距效应,即疑问词间距使得内省切换与使用切换具有相关关系:可及性越高,频率越高,反之亦然。这种间距效应超越动词-论元结构的适配关系,能解释复现疑问词长距离依存减弱的现象。

Construction shift refers to ambiguous readings of one expression,like the competition between temporal and atemporal readings of the construction characterized by duplicated interrogative pronouns.The introspective and usage-based shifts between these two interpretations have been ex-plored.Results show that,the introspective availability of temporal-atemporal constructions bears on the distance of duplicated interrogative pronouns and on the frequencies of temporal-atemporal constructions in the corpus.That is,the distance exerts an interval effect,leading to the correlation of the introspective shift with the usage shift,namely,the higher the availability,the higher the frequencies,and vice versa.This effect transcends the verb-argument correspondence and accounts for the long-distance dependency of duplicated interrogative pronouns.
