复杂深井固井技术在跃进区块的现场实践 被引量:5

摘要 塔河油田跃进区块油层埋藏深,技术套管长裸眼封固超过4 000 m、地层压力系统复杂、固井易漏失,生产套管下深超过7 000 m、井底温度高、施工压力高,水泥浆顶替效率难以保证。针对这些复杂情况,通过对前期井眼的准备、下套管技术控制,采用分级注水泥技术、正反注水泥技术、紊流+塞流复合顶替技术、优化水泥浆体系等措施,降低固井期间地层漏失的风险,同时还可以降低施工泵压,减小泵注设备的负荷,确保该区块固井质量,为后续钻进和油气开采提供了保障。 There are many cementing difficulties existent in the Yuejin block of Tahe oilfield,such as deep reservoir buried depth,more than 4000 m open hole cementing segment,complex formation pressure system,formation leakage,more than 7000 m production casing,high bottom hole temperature and pressure etc. In view of these complex conditions,and in order to improve the cementing quality,some technical measures,for example many-staged cementing technology,convertible cementing technology,erratic flow + plug flow composite displacement technology,optimizing slurry system etc. were adopted to reduce the risk of formation leakage,decrease the loading of pumping equipment,and ensure the cementing quality. The successful application of these measures provided safeguard for the succeeding oil / gas production.
