摘要
文中针对现有高压高产高含硫复杂深井套管设计中,存在抗挤安全系数严重偏低而无套管可选的问题,基于Tamano和Klever考虑套管制造方法和制造质量因素的研究成果,导出了套管最小抗挤强度计算模型,通过对油田现有套管的制造质量的实测结果,应用该模型计算出的油田实际所用套管的抗挤强度较API抗挤强度高出34.5%~45.2%,通过对油田固井套管柱抗挤安全系数校核说明,套管柱的实际抗挤安全系数大于规范要求,套管柱抗挤是安全的。
According to the problems of low safety coefficient on casing collapsing strength in high pressure high sour well,based on the Tamano and Klever model and considering casing manufacturing methods and quality,the calculation model of minimum casing collapsing strength was derived. Compared with the actual measurement data,the casing collapsing strength calculated by minimum strength calculation model was higher up34. 5%-45. 2% than API collapsing strength. Through checking,the safety factor of casing collapse resistance considering casing manufacturing quality was more than conventional technical specification requirements,the casing collapse resistance was safe.
