摘要
钢丝试井作业是进行油气藏评价和跟踪的重要技术手段。其特点是要求钢丝与井下电子压力计一同入井。在高温、高压、高硫化氢环境中采用常规钢丝作业方式进行压恢、系统试井时存在如下缺点:带压作业,存在井口风险;占用设备时间长;作业效率受到影响,成本较高。介绍了新型钢丝投捞井下电子压力计技术,该技术利用钢丝将压力计悬挂器下入到油管内任意指定位置,完成坐挂,并实现钢丝与悬挂器的脱手,在井内无钢丝的情况下,利用悬挂在油管内的压力计录取资料。试井结束后,一趟钢丝作业即可捞出悬挂器以及压力计。此技术可以缩短钢丝在井内的滞留时间,使得井口井控风险降低,提高了测试的安全性和可靠性,作业效率提高4~8倍。
Slickline logging operation is the important technical mean that conducts reservoir evaluation and tracking,and is characterized by running slickline together with downhole electronic pressure gauges. Conventional slickline logging testing such as measuring BHPBU( bottom hole pressure build up) and multi-rate BHP( bottom hole pressure) has been found some weaknesses under high temperature,high pressure and high hydrogen sulfide conditions,including snubbing operation exists wellhead safety risk,slickline equipments are used for testing over a long time,operation efficiency is affected and cost is comparatively higher. In order to solve these problems,a new type of slickline running and pulling downhole electronic pressure gauges technology was developed. This technology uses spooling off slickline to set downhole electronic pressure gauges hanger at any designated position inside tubing for long-term monitoring and acquiring wellbore pressure and temperature data. After well testing finishing, pressure gauge hanger could be retrieved through spooling off slickline. The technology could shorten thehold-up time of suspending slickline in hole and effectively reduce well control risk,improve the safety and reliability of testing operation. The operation efficiency could be increase by 4-8 times.
