摘要
针对常规胍胶压裂液体系残渣含量高、地层伤害大、压裂液返排率低及成本高的问题,结合冀东油田高尚堡、南堡油田某断块Ed2、ES13、ES2+33属于中孔低渗、特低渗储层,物性差,为降低低渗透储层伤害及压裂液成本,室内研究了低浓度胍胶压裂液体系配方(90℃~170℃),耐温可达170℃。与常规胍胶相比,稠化剂浓度可降低30%以上,残渣可降低40%,可大幅降低压裂液成本,该体系在冀东油田现场应用50余口井,压裂成功率95%以上,平均单井压后增油8 t/d,取得了良好的增产效果与经济效益。低浓度胍胶压裂液体系配方耐温达170℃,国内报道的低浓度胍胶压裂液配方最高抗温达到150℃。
The conventional guar gum fracturing fluid system used in Jidong Oilfield has the problems of high residuum content,large formation damage,low fracturing fluid flowback and high cost. In order to reduce the formation damage and fracturing cost,the low concentration guar fracturing fluid system( 90℃ ~ 170℃) were researched,and the temperature toleration reached 170℃. It was compared with conventional guar gum,the concentration of thickening agent could reduce above30%,the residual content could reduce 40%,and the cost was also reduced. This system was applied about 50 wells in Jidong oilfield,the success rate of fracturing reached above 95%,average single well oil increase was 8 t / d.
