双侧子宫动脉栓塞术在妇产科急性大出血中的应用

Application of the double uterine artery embolization in treatment of acute bleeding

目的：探讨双侧子宫动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科急性大出血的临床效果。方法研究组给予双侧子宫动脉栓塞术，对照组给予传统开腹子宫全切术。记录两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、治疗满意度、并发症发生情况，给予统计学分析并得出结论。结果两组临床治疗有效率均为100.00%；研究组手术时间、术后住院时间及治疗满意度均显著少于对照组，研究组并发症发生率仅为17.39%，显著低于对照组并发症发生率（43.48%）P ﹤0.05。结论对妇产科急性大出血患者给予双侧子宫动脉栓塞术治疗效果显著，有利于患者积极恢复健康，维持良好的护患关系，保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of double uterine artery embolization on acute bleeding. Methods The study group received bilateral uterine artery embolization,and the control group received traditional open hysterectomy. The operative time,postoperative hospital stay,treatment satisfaction,complications occurance of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results The clinical efficiency rates of the two groups were both 100. 00% ;operative time,postoperative hospital stay and treatment satisfaction of research group were significantly less than those of the control group;the complication rate of the study group was 17. 39% ,which was significantly lower than that of control group （43. 48% ,P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Uterine artery embolization in treating patients with acute bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology has significant effect and can help maintain good nurse-patient relationship, enhancing patients’quality of life and protect their lives and safety.
