细节护理在手术室护理中的应用效果及体会

Effects and experience of detail nursing in the operating room

目的：探讨细节护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法两组患者均实施外科手术治疗，其中对照组给予常规手术护理措施；研究组给予常规护理＋细节护理的综合性临床护理措施。记录两组护理前后负面情绪（焦虑、抑郁）变化情况、满意度、护患纠纷发生情况，经统计学分析后得出结论。结果两组患者经不同手术护理配合后负面心理情绪（焦虑、抑郁）均较护理前得到改善，且研究组改善效果更为理想；研究组护患纠纷发生率为0.213‰，显著低于对照组的1.280‰（P ﹤0.05）。结论对外科手术患者给予常规手术室护理基础上加入细节护理措施可显著改善其负面心理情绪，利于维持良好的护患关系，保障其生活质量及生命安全。

Objective To investigate the application effect of detail nursing in the operating room. Methods All patients were implemented surgery. The control group received conventional surgical care measures,and the study group received routine care,besides comprehensive nursing. Negative emotions（ anxiety,depression）changes,satisfaction and nursepatient disputes cases before and after surgeries were recorded,and the data were analyzed by the professional soft-ware statistical. Results The negative emotions（anxiety,depression）were improved in both groups after the intervention were conducted,especially in the study group. The rate of nurse-patient disputes in study group was 0. 213‰,which was significantly lower than that of control group（1. 280‰ ,P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Detail nursing combined with conventional nursing in patients who receive surgery can effectively improve their negative emotion and help maintain a good nurse-patient relationship,and thus improve their quality of life.
