人工全膝关节置换术后整体康复护理作用探讨

Effect of the overall rehabilitation care on total knee arthroplasty

目的：探讨人工全膝关节置换术后整体康复护理的应用方法及效果。方法将50例人工全膝关节置换术患者随机分为两组，每组25例。其中对照组术后给予常规护理措施；研究组在常规护理基础上加入整体康复护理措施。记录并比较两组患者膝关节功能及满意度。结果研究组膝关节功能优良率为84.00%，显著高于对照组（60.00%）；研究组患者对护理工作满意度显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论膝关节疾病患者经人工全膝关节置换术治疗后在常规护理基础上加入整体康复护理措施可显著提高其膝关节功能，利于维持良好的护患关系。

Objective To investigate the application methods and the overall effect of rehabilitation care on total knee arthroplasty. Methods Fifty patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care,study group received overall rehabilitation care based on routine care. The knee function and satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The excellent and good rate of knee function in study group was 84. 00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（60. 00%）,the satisfaction to nursing job in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusions Adding the overall rehabilitation care measures on the basis of routine care after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee diseases can significantly improve their knee function,which will help maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
