摘要 研究对象是倒角加工时刀具相对齿轮的运动轨迹,首先介绍齿轮端面倒角的相关情况以及加工原理,明确设计的任务及难点,然后对齿轮端面倒角的结构和尺寸的分析,从刀具刀尖的轨迹入手,运用空间机构运动学的理论方法,结合矩阵和坐标变换等理论,建立刀尖相对工件的矢量模型,再利用MATLAB软件对轨迹进行仿真,得到在不同参数下的相对运动轨迹。通过对相对轨迹的分析,得出在刀具设计合理的前提下,此种加工方式可倒出该类型的任意倒角的结论。通过对该问题的研究,在一定程度上为机床、刀具设计以及机床参数调整提供理论指导。 The research object is the tool path relative to the gear in chamfering processing. First, it shows the tasks and dif^culties of the designing work, and then analyzes the structure and size of the gear-face chamfering, starting with tool nose path, using the theory of space agencies kinematics and combining coordinate transform and matrix theory, finally establishes the vector model of the knifepoint relative to the gear, after which, the simulation of tool nose path is accomplished by using MATLAB, obtaining relative path with different parameters. Through the analysis of the relative path, comes to the conclusion that such processing method has the advantage that it can get an arbitrary chamfering of this type under the reasonable design. Through the studying of the problem, to a certain extent, it provides a theoretical support for the machine and tool designing and the machining parameters adjustment.
