摘要 通过改变散热管的截面形状提出收腰型散热管,利用FLUENT软件,SIMPLE算法和标准模型对扁管和收腰管的传热特性和阻力特性进行了仿真模拟。分析了空气侧风速为(2~20)m/s时散热管表面的换热系数和空气侧的压降,对给定工况的仿真结果分析表明,所提出的收腰型散热管能够促进紊流,增大空气侧的换热面积,与扁管相比,具有更高的传热系数h的同时压力降也更大。通过引入综合性能评价因子,发现长宽比L/W为5的收腰型散热管综合性能较好,验证了收腰管结构设计的有效性,为设计综合性能更好的散热管提供了参考。 The waist tube is proposed, though the way of changing the crass-sectional shape of tube. The simulation that heat transfer performance and resistance characteristics of the oval tube and Flat tube is carried out, using FLUENT software, SIMPLE algorithm and the standard model. The heat transfer coefficient of tube surface and pressure drop in air-side was analyzed at air velocities varying between (2-20)m/s. The results obtained in this work suggest that the proposed waist tube, which promote air turbulence and increase the heat transfer area, has a higher heat transfer coefficientand air pressure drop than flat tube. The heat transfer coefficient of tubes studied increase with air velocity, but the differences of them decrease with air velocity. The comprehensive performance factor is introduced to evaluate the comprehensive performance of radiating tube, it is found that the waist tube has a better comprehensive performance when L/W is 5, the results also verify the effectiveness of the waist tube structure, and a reference is provided to design a new radiating tube which has higher comprehensive performance.
