摘要
为实现基于模型定义技术在复合材料数字化制造中的应用,结合复合材料结构的成型工艺特点,提出一种基于MBD的复合材料制造模型构建方法。首先根据复合材料结构成型过程中的典型状态,将复合材料制造模型进行阶段划分;然后对各个阶段的模型组成信息进行分析并给出基于MBD的数字化定义;最后给出了复合材料制造模型的应用方案。基于MBD的复合材料制造模型将复合材料结构的设计、制造和检验过程紧密集成,将进一步提高企业的复合材料数字化制造能力。
To realize the application of model-based definhion technology in digital manufacturing for composite material component, the method to construct manufacturing model based on MBD oriented the molding process was presented. Firstly, the stages of composite materials component manufacturing model were divided according to the typical state of forming process. Then, the composition of each stage model was analyzed and the digital definition based on the MBD was given Finally, the application framework of composite material manufacturing model was proposed. The MBD based composite materials manufacturing model tightly integrated design, manufacturing and inspection process, will further improve the composite digital manufacturing capab ilities of enterprises.
