摘要
云制造模式下的制造资源在继承网络化制造、敏捷制造等模式下制造资源特点的基础上,还具有资源共享、服务性和动态组合性等特点。原有的资源建模方法如基于本体、面向对象的建模方法在资源描述能力、使用方便性等方面存在一定问题。为此以蕴含丰富语义、表述方便的基于网络的图形数据库为基础,通过对集团企业制造资源的分析,对制造资源建模体系进行研究。以设备资源为例,应用图形数据库进行资源建模,并构建由云购买、云管理、云查询和云租赁模块组成的制造资源服务平台。
Cloud manufacturing resources have characters such as sharing, service and dynamic combination, except inheriting others manufacturing models features. There are some problems on existing resource modeling methods. For example, object-orient method cannot describe rich semantic; ontology method can describe it, but it will transform into database and then be used. Now, graph database based on web can realize rich semantic and be utilized easily. Researching on manufacturing resource of group enterprise, the modeling architecture was built. The cloud service platform based on graph database was realized.
