摘要 为提高挖掘机操纵灵敏性,对挖掘机多路阀先导控制系统进行了仿真研究,考察了先导油管参数对多路阀响应速度的影响。根据管路分布参数模型和液流连续性理论,推导了多路阀先导控制系统基本方程,并利用AMESim仿真平台,建立了多路阀先导控制系统仿真模型。仿真结果与理论分析一致,表明仿真模型是可信的。研究结果显示挖掘机多路阀先导控制系统中,先导油管参数对多路阀响应速度有较大影响,影响途径为阀芯控制腔的压力建立速度与压力大小。为提高多路阀响应速度,应尽量缩短先导油管长度,同时选择合适管径。 In order to improve sensitivity of excavator operation, the multi-way valve pilot control system of excavator is studied by means of simulation. The influence of the pipeline's parameters on the response speed of multi-way valve is analyzed. According to the pipeline' distributed parameter model and continuity principle of fluids flow, the basic equations of pilot control system are built. The simulation model of pilot control system is established in AMESim. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical analysis, which indicates simulation model is credible. The research results show that pilot pipe's characteristics have great effects on the response speed of multi-way valve and the influence ways are the speed of pressure building and pressure value of the valve's control chamber. To improve response speed of multi-way valve, it should try to shorten length of the pilot pipe, and select the appropriate diameter.
