摘要
清筛机作为常用的铁路养护机械,在清筛有碴轨道时需要将轨道提高并与道碴分离,而整个起道过程会出现提轨高度不足、钢轨变形不确定和钢轨应力变化不明确等问题。以60kg/m的无限平直钢轨在RM-80型清筛机起道过程为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件Workbench对有碴轨道起道过程进行分析,得出起道力与钢轨等效应力和钢轨形变的变化规律,并与实际测量值验证,得出模型分析与实测基本吻合。进而得出U74型钢轨的最大起道力不能超过131.89k N,而其余类型的钢轨的最大起道力则达到140k N。为清筛机清筛不同钢轨类型的有碴轨道提出了理论依据。
The problems on the insufficiency of up-lifting height and the uncertainty of rail deformation and stress are solved when the rail is lifted by cleaning machine. By using the finite element analysis software Workbench to simulate the 60kg/m infinite straight rail which is lifted by RM-80 cleaning machine ,' the up-lifiing process has been estimated And then the variation of up-lifiingJbrce and the rail equivalent stress, the variation of up-lifting force and the rail deformation are obtained By comparing with the measured value, the accuracy of the model has been testified, Furthermore, comes to the conclusion that the maximum up-lifting force for the U74-type rail should not exceed 131.89kN and other types of rail could reach the top 140kN. Therefore some advices are provided when the cleaning machine cleans different types of rail ballasted track.
