基于ARM9的过程控制系统与实验装置改造

摘要 "过程控制系统与装置"课程实验主要使用THJ-2型高级过程控制实验系统,由于设备老化跟不上实验教学需求,该文重新设计了控制系统软件硬件的开发工作。针对该实验系统使用中存在的问题,在THJ-2型实验系统的原理及装置基础上,采用ARM9处理器设计了DCS(distributed controlling system)实验平台,开发了基于WinCE6.0的嵌入式软件平台。通过该平台的建设,满足了实验课程的要求,填补了原有实验系统的技术空白,完善了实验系统的功能。 The Process Control System and Equipment course is important for most of automation technology undergraduates,in which THJ-2lab devices are adopted as the main experimental facilities.As the aging device and its outdated technology,it can not meet the requirement of experiment.Aiming at the shortages of devices,a set of new experiment facilities is developed based on ARM9 processor,and an embedded software platform is proposed for this DCS controller.With the reconstruction of laboratory devices,the experimental teaching becomes more suitable and the advanced embedded system enhances the laboratory technique,and the experimental system is improved.
