摘要
LP14H井是鄂尔多斯盆地柳杨堡气田的一口滚动勘探水平井,完钻井深5173 m。该气田井的关键井段为导眼斜井段和三开水平段,钻遇的泥页岩和灰色泥岩,易出现吸水膨胀和泥岩微裂缝,裂缝的存在引发井壁坍塌,以及携砂困难易形成岩屑床、定向时托压等问题。为解决坍塌、阻卡和托压等问题,本井采用胺基硅醇强抑制封堵防塌钻井液体系。实践证明该体系抑制封堵防塌性能好,悬浮携带能力强,润滑性好,有利于快速钻进和井壁稳定,能满足该区块的施工要求。
Well LP14H, located in Liu Yang Pu gas field of Erdos basin, was designed as a rolling exploration horizontal well. And TD of this well reached to 5137 m. The key intervals in this gas- field is deviated intervals of pilot hole and horizontal interval in the third spud. While drilling to the formation containing shale stone and the grey claystone, some complicated situation easily occur. For example, formation swelling can be caused by absorbing water. Borehole collapse can be caused by the existence of micro cracks. Cuttings bed can be formed by poor cutting carrying ability. And the pressure can't be transferred on the bit effectively. In order to solve the anti-sloughing, stuck and the pressure transfer, amino silicone alcohol strong inhibition anti-sloughing sealing fluid system, which has been proved by field application that with strong inhibition anti-sloughing sealing ability, better suspension and carrying ability and good lubricity performance, can be used to meet the operation requirements of this block by keeping fast drilling and borehole stability.
