摘要
利用GT-Power软件搭建了天然气发动机的仿真模型,并利用试验结果进行了校核。分析了配气相位对天然气发动机充量系数的影响,并对原配气相位进行了优化,得出不同转速下的最佳相位值。计算结果显示,采用可变配气相位,天然气发动机的充气性能在较宽的转速范围内得到改善,动力性能提高。
GT- Power software was used to model the CNG engine, and the simulation model was checked by the bench test result. The influence of cam phases on the volumetric efficiency of CNG engine was analyzed and the original cam phases were optimized. Optimal phase values were obtained under different engine speed. The calculation results show that the variable valve timing can improve the aerating performance of CNG engine in wide speed range, and the power performance is also increased.
