糖皮质激素对多发性硬化患者脑脊液IgG合成的影响

Impact of glucocorticoid on cerebrospinal fluid IgG synthesis in multiple sclerosis patients

目的观察糖皮质激素对于多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)患者脑脊液IgG的影响。方法 26例复发-缓解型MS患者,急性期查脑脊液IgG寡克隆区带(IgG oligoclonal band,Ig G-OB)和IgG指数(IgG index,IgGI),激素治疗7周后复查。结果治疗前后IgG-OB阳性率下降(73.08%vs 18.18%,χ2=17.541,P=0.000);相关系数R=0.502,P=0.000。治疗前后IgGI下降(1.38±0.44 vs 0.55±0.18,t=9.790,P=0.016)。结论 MS急性期用糖皮质激素可以降低鞘内IgG合成,从而控制病情进展。

Objective To observe the impact of glucocorticoid on cerebrospinal fluid IgG synthesis in multiple sclerosis （MS） patients. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid IgG oligoclonal band （ IgG - OB） and IgG index （IgGI） were examined in the acute period in 26 relaplasing - remitting MS patients. They were examined again after 7 weeks of glucocorticoid treat- ment. Results Cerebrospinal fluid IgG - OB positive percentage was descended after glucocorticoid treatment（73.08% vs 18. 18%,Х^2 = 17. 541, P = 0. 000）. The correlation coefficent R = 0. 502, P = 0. 000. Cerebrospinal fluid IgGI was descended after glucocorticoid treatment （ 1.38 ± 0. 44 vs 0. 55 ± 0. 18, t = 9. 790, P = 0. 016）. Conclusion Glucocorti- coid could descende cerebrospinal fluid IgG - OB positive percentage and IgGI in the acute period in relaplasing - remit- ting MS patients, and control the progressive situation.
