摘要
铊对生物体的毒害与铅、汞类似,并在生态毒理学上呈现急性毒性。因其本身多处于痕量水平,加之环境介质复杂多样,使得在前处理及检测技术上的要求越来越高。本文综述了近年来环境样品中铊在前处理方面开展的一系列新的富集方法,并介绍了各种前处理和检测技术的应用情况,在此基础上对环境样品中铊的前处理及检测技术的发展进行了展望,以期为环境样品中铊的分析研究提供科学依据。
The ecotoxicological importance of thallium stems from its acute toxicity , its effects are as harmful to living organisms as those of lead and mercury.Because it is at trace levels, coupled with environmental media complex, pretreatment and detection technology is more stringent requirements.Sample pretreatment and determination technology of thallium in environment in the recent years was reviewed, each kind of sample pretreatment and determination technology application situation were introduced.The prospective of sample pretreatment and determination techniques for future determining thallium concentrations in environment Samples was given.
