摘要
采用腐蚀介质浸泡试验,观测AZ80和AS2镁合金的腐蚀形貌,测定腐蚀失重曲线;应用电化学和恒载荷应力腐蚀的方法研究两种镁合金的耐蚀性能;探讨了两种合金的腐蚀机理。结果表明:AS2镁合金耐蚀性能优于AZ80镁合金,原因在于Ce的加入细化了晶粒,降低了镁合金中β相的量,而且使β相和γ相分布更均匀,从而阻碍腐蚀的发展。
Using immersion test in some corrosion media, the corrosion morphology of AZ80 and AS2 was investigated.The curve of corrosion weight loss was measured.The corrosion performance of magnesium alloy was studied by electrochemistry and constant load stress corrosion methods. The corrosion mechanism of two types of alloy was discussed.The results demonstrated that adding Ce element into AZ80 magnesium had some influences, such as refining grain, decreasing the fraction of β, homogenizing the distribution of αand β, therefore, blocking the development of corrosion.
