摘要
在Ziegler-Natta催化体系中,活性中心钛和内给电子体均对催化反应发挥着非常重要的作用。本文中聚丙烯催化剂经过处理后,分为了无机相(钛)和有机相(内给电子体),分别采用分光光度法和气相色谱内标法,对催化剂性能起主要作用的钛和内给电子体建立方法,优化条件,测定其含量。试验结果表明该方法重复性好,准确度高,系统误差小。
The inorganic and organic phases of treated polypropylene catalyst were respectively determinated by spectrophotometry and gas chromatography internal standard method.The dedermination methods of Ti content and internal electron donor content were established, which played a main role in the catalyst performance.The experimental results showed the method had good reproducibility, high accuracy, and small systematic error.
