摘要
建立了一种碱式氯化铜中六价铬的测定方法。在强碱性条件下,碱式氯化铜加热后分解为氧化铜黑色沉淀,分离了大量铜基体。分取上清液,在酸性溶液中,六价铬与二苯碳酰二肼反应,生成紫红色化合物,在540 nm波长处测定。方法检出限为3.0 mg/kg,精密度为RSD=3.18%,加标回收率在93.9%~105.4%之间。
The method for determination of hexavalent chromium in copper chloride ( Basic ) was found.In strong alkaline conditions, copper chloride ( Basic ) was decomposed into cupric oxid which was a black precipitation after heating.The Copper matrix was separated.In acidic solution, the purple red compound was generated by the reaction of hexavalent chromium and diphenylcarbazide.The compound was determinate at 540 nm.Method detection limited was 3.0 mg/kg, RSD was 3.18%, recovery was 93.9%~105.4%.
