摘要
根据我国青海盐湖氯化镁资源丰富却没有得到有效利用的现状,通过比较传统氧化镁制法的优劣,提出了一种以氯化镁溶液作为原料,用喷雾高温热解方法直接得到轻质氧化镁产品的实验方法,对其中的流程设计、喷雾塔材质、喷雾塔结构、尾气处理、测量控制等关键点进行分析,提出解决方案,并建立相应的实验装置,试图为大规模利用青海盐湖资源提供实验依据。
According to China’s abundant resources of Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium chloride has not been effective utilization of the status quo.By comparing traditional processes of magnesia production, an experimental method of magnesia production by spray and pyrolysis using magnesium chloride solvent was proposed.Meanwhile, an experimental installation was built to solve the difficulties of process design, material spray tower, spray tower structure, exhaust gas treatment, measurement and control, and to supply experimental data for scale use of Qinghai Salt Lake resources.
