It is universal of the student part-time job in the society. And it is indicated in the investigation on the student part-time job of the University that the job classification is diversified, the motivation is different, and the correlation with grades, majors, income and the relevance with majors is also different, and the job somehow makes influence on their stud- y. The University is supposed to improve the rights and interests protection mechanism, preserve practically the legal rights and interests of their job, and establish and improve the system of job management in order to guide them reasonably partic- ipate the job in the society.
