高校服务型党组织的内涵是坚持党的全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,围绕高校党的建设根本任务,将党的宗旨内化为高校党组织执政理念,外化为高校党组织工作方式,固化为高校服务型党组织制度。加强高校服务型党组织建设对于践行党的宗旨、坚持党的性质、密切高校党群关系、实现高校党组织职能具有重要意义。

The connotation of the service-oriented party organization of colleges is to insist on the tenet of the party＇ s servin-g the people wholeheartedly,eentering around the basic task in colleges,internalizing the tenet of our Party as the ad- ministrative concept of our Party,externalizing it as the working method and solidifying it as the system of service-oriented Party. To strengthen the construction of service-oriented Party is significant for our Party to fulfill Party＇s tenet, adhere to Party＇s nature,close Party-masses relationship in colleges,and realize the function of Party organization in colleges.
