摘要
通过整理和分析近十年高校辅导员职业倦怠的文献发现,在理论研究方面,职业倦怠概念的界定趋于一致;对职业倦怠的原因进行交互分析;干预措施涉及面广。在实证研究方面,研究方法集中为理论分析和问卷调查;研究工具出现本土化量表;对其与人口学统计学变量进行差异研究、与影响因素及后果变量进行相关研究。但在研究的对象、方法、工具等方面仍存在不足。
The study of literature review and analysis of the past ten years of occupation burnout of college counselors show that, in the aspect of theoretical research, the definition of the concept of occupation burnout is consistent, and the reason for the occupation burnout is analyzed interaetively, which involves a wide range of interventions. In the empirical study, research methods focus on theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, with local scale research tools, and research on the differences, and the influence factors and demographic statistics variables and outcome variables. However, the ob- jeeta, methods, and tools of study need improving.
