口腔医学专业硕士毕业生综合素质调查与分析 被引量:2

Investigation and analysis of comprehensive quality of stomatological graduates

摘要 目的通过问卷调查,了解我院口腔医学专业硕士毕业生的综合素质,为口腔专业教学改革、学生培养提供建议。方法选择2007至2011届口腔专业毕业生为研究对象,发放学生问卷162份、用人单位问卷80份。就毕业生医疗能力、科研能力、教学能力、医德医风、自我发展等方面进行调查。结果经SPSS13.0统计分析显示:87.90%以上的毕业生自评医疗能力各项指标为较好及以上,97.00%(97人)自评医德医风较好及以上;99.00%(99人)的毕业生对学校教学质量满意和较满意。单位问卷调查显示,用人单位评价我校毕业生医患沟通能力指标为较好及以上的为96.60%(56人),对我院教学质量为较满意及以上占比96.50%;对我校毕业生工作满意度为好及较好的比例达100%。结论口腔院校毕业生综合素质良好,能够满足工作的需要。口腔医学生今后的培养方向应更注重对学生临床能力的培养,提高口腔预防医学工作能力。 Objective To investigate the comprehensive quality of stomatological graduates through the questionnaire survey and provide suggestions for oral professional teaching reform and cultivation of students. Methods For 2007 to 2011 session of oral graduates, 162 copies of student questionnaires and 80 copies of the employer questionnaires were issued, to investigate the aspects of graduate medical capabilities, research ability, teaching ability, morality and self-improvement. Results By SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis (P=0.001), more than 87.90% graduates' self-assessment of medical capabilities was better and above, more than 97.00% graduates' self-assessment of medical ethics was good: 99.00% of graduates were satisfied with the quality of teaching. Questionnaire survey showed employers' evaluation of "our graduates" better doctor-patient communication skills reached above 96.60%, their satisfaction with the teaching quality in our hospital accounted for 96.50%; and their satisfaction with our graduates' jobs accounted for 100.00%. Conclusion Stomatological graduates' comprehensive quality is good and can meet the needs of the future work. In the future oral medical students should pay more attention to the cultivation of clinical ability to improve their ability of oral preventive medicine work.
