摘要
发酵蛋白饲料是将动、植物蛋白原料经过微生物发酵后制成的一类蛋白饲料。经过发酵,可有效消除或降低饲料原料中抗营养因子,提高原料的营养水平和利用效率,提高动物的生长及生产性能。文章主要对几种常见发酵蛋白饲料的营养特性以及在动物生产中的应用进展进行综述。
Fermented protein is a newly developed protein feed stuff, which is produced by adding microbe in plant or animal protein resource. After fermentation, fermented protein can effectively eliminate or reduce anti-nu- tritional factors, increase levels of nutrition and utilization efficiency, and improve the growth and performance of an- imals. Characteristics of several common fermented protein diet and application in animal production are reviewed.
