摘要
目的对一步制粒法制备妇科湿热清颗粒的工艺进行优化。方法采用一步制粒法制备妇科湿热清颗粒,以生产效率、粒度合格率、绿原酸含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法对影响妇科湿热清颗粒一步制粒过程的因素进行考察。结果根据正交试验结果并结合实际,确定一步制粒工艺的最佳工艺为雾化压力1.1 bar(1 bar≈14.5 psi,1 psi=6.895 k Pa),喷雾速度70 g/min,物料温度50℃。结论优化后的一步制粒法制备妇科湿热清颗粒的工艺合理、可行,质量稳定。
Objective To optimize the technology of Fuke Shireqing granules prepared by the one-step granulation method. Methods The one-step granulation method was employed to prepare Fuke Shireqing Granules. With the production ef-ficiency,qualified rate of particle size and the chlorogenic acid content as the investigation indexes,the orthogonal experimental method was adopted to the investigate the factors affecting the one-step granulation process of Fuke Shireqing Granule. Results According to the results of orthogonal experiment and combining with the practical situation,the determined optimal technology was the atomization pressure of 1.1bar(1 bar≈14.5 psi,1 psi=6.895 k Pa),the spray rate of 70 g/min and the material temperature of 50 ℃. Conclusion The optimized one-step granulation method for preparing Fuke Shireqing Granules is reasonable and feasible with stable quality.
