兔黏液瘤病快速检测方法的建立

Establishment of PCR and Real-time PCR Assays for Rapid Detection of Myxoma virus

兔黏液瘤病是由兔黏液瘤病毒引起的兔的一种高度接触性、致死性传染病。为了加强口岸对进境野生及实验用兔中兔黏液瘤病的筛查和流行病学调查,本研究建立了PCR和Real-time PCR快速高通量检测兔黏液瘤病的方法,证实两种检测方法具有良好的特异性和灵敏性,适用于兔黏液瘤病的快速检测。

Myxomatosis is an highly contagious and lethal disease caused by myxoma virus. In order to survey and investigate the epidemic character of myxomatosis transmission among wild and experimental rabbits, PCR and Realtime PCR assays using TaqMan probe to detect myxomatosis were established and proved to be of high specificity and sensitivity, suitable for rapid detection of myxomatosis.
