关于加强老年医学巩固我国老年医疗保障的思考

On the Strengthening of Geriatrics Medicine and Construction of Senior Health Care in China

随着我国老龄化程度日益加深,加强老年人医疗保障成为了社会共同关注的问题,老年人健康为我国医疗卫生体系提出了新的挑战。本文在总结老年人看病难问题的基础上,提出了加强老年医疗保障体系建设,积极发展老年医学学科,实现老年病专科的建设和完善。老年人的特点决定了老年医学的特殊性,老年病专科建设要在充分了解老年人及老年医学特点的基础上实现。文中提出建设有中国特色的老年病专科,大力弘扬我国传统医学的优势,不断完善老年医学的发展,巩固老年医疗保障体系,使得老龄化社会和经济社会协调发展。

With the degree of aging of population deepening in our country, strengthen the senior health care has become a common problem in the society. The health for the aged people is a new challenge to medical system in our country. On the basis of the difficult problem for the aged people seeing a doctor, this paper considers that we must strengthen the construction of senior health care system, actively build the major of the geriatrics, and improve the geriatrics department in hospital. The geriatrics medicine is special for the characteristic of the aged people, so the development of the department of geriatrics must be on the basis of understanding the knowledge for the aged people and the geriatrics. This paper also considers that we should build the geriatrics department with Chinese characteristics, carry forward the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, constantly improve the development of geriatric medicine, and consolidate the construction of senior health care in China. We hope that the aging society and the economic society have the harmonious development.
