Research on the Safeguard of the Released Prisoners' Social Security Rights and Interests

刑满释放人员在社会保险参与资格、社会保障待遇享受、安置帮教救助项目方面存在问题。另外,由于社会干预不足,社会歧视,缺乏组织依靠及其自身特这类人群的社会保障权益维护工作处于困境。为此,应借鉴美、日、英、加等国家的经验,落实刑满释放人员的社会保障权益维护。

The released prisoners have problems in social security eligibility, the enjoyments of social security benefits and the programs of placement and education assistances. Besides, it is difficult to safeguard their social security rights and interests due to the lack of social intervention, social discrimination, be short of organizations to rely on and their own characteristics. Therefore, we should reference from foreign experience and our own leading practice to insure the implementation of safeguarding the released prisoners＇ social security rights and interests.
