摘要
性能优越的改性沥青并不是改性剂添加得越多或者越少就好,而是有一合理的改性剂添加剂量或范围。从改善沥青混合料高温性能的角度出发,着重进行了SBS及粒化物不同掺量对复合改性沥青性能指标的影响研究。结果表明:SBS与粒化物对针入度及延度改善效果有协同互补作用;就提高高温性能而言,一般SBS掺量4%、粒化物3%为佳;粒化物的掺入可有效改善基质沥青的粘度。
For modified asphalt with superior performance, it may not require to mix more or less modifier, but a proper mixing amount or range. From improvement of high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the study laid the stress on the influence of different contents of SBS and granulated substances on the performance indicators of composite modified asphalt. The result shows that SBS and granulated substances play a role of cooperation and co-compensation in the improvement effect on penetration and ductility; for improvement of high-temperature performance, it is good to mix SBS by 4 % and granulated substances by 3 %, generally; the addition of granulated substances may improve the viscosity of base asphalt effectively.
