摘要
在概述全球健康产生的基础上,诠释全球健康的内涵。全球健康关注健康不公平问题,通过全球范围的共同行动实现改善全球健康状况的目的;强调整合生物医学领域以外的方法,采取跨越国界和跨部门方式应对健康决定因素及其相关问题,共同应对全球化对人类健康的挑战。认为全球健康具有五个方面的特征:全球健康的目标是改善全球健康公平性,核心是共同应对全球性的健康决定因素,运作特征为多学科性、跨部门和运用跨学科的理论和方法,全球健康实施的催化剂是全球卫生外交,实施方式是全球健康治理。
The definition of global health was discussed by reviewing emergence and development of globalization. Health inequity is one of the issues concerned by global health, which aims at improving population health and health equity by global cooperation and emphasizes on the integration of methods besides biomedical approaches. In order to respond to the challenge of globalization on human health, the global health tackles the determinants of health or related problems with multi stakeholders and interdisciplinary approaches. The author summarized five characteristics of global health, including the goal of global health is to improve global health equity the core issue of global health is to identify health determinants for all nations the approaches of global health are both multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary; the global health diplomacy is a catalyst for global health and global health governance is the effective tool.
