医疗机构不合理用药问题成因与对策——以消化内科常见不合理用药现象为例

Reasons of Irrational Drug Use in Medical Institutions and Its Countermeasures:A Case Study of Irrational Drug Use in Department of Gastroenterology

针对我国医疗机构不合理用药的现象进行探讨。在梳理我国医疗机构中消化内科常见不合理用药类型及其负面影响的基础上,从医疗机构、患者及监管机构三个视角,深入剖析医疗机构不合理用药问题的根本成因,研究发现"制度性缺陷"及"药师职权缺位"是导致医院不合理用药主要原因,患者导向的不合理用药则主要由"缺乏用药常识"和"多科就诊"所致,监管机构药物警戒发布不及时也造成了一部分不合理用药现象的发生。对此提出相关解决对策,以期为医疗机构不合理用药问题的改善提供可行性参考。

After summarizing the typical irrational drug use problems and their negative effects, an in-depth analysis has been conducted from three aspects, namely medical institutions, patients and authorities, to dig out the essential reasons of irrational drug use. Research results show that ＂interest-driven＂ and ＂pharmacist shortage＂ are the two main irrational drug use reasons for medical institutions for patients, ＂lack common knowledge of drug use＂ and ＂multiple clinic visit＂ are root causes. Besides, delay in drug regulation release has also exacerbated the irrational drug use problems. Based on the cause analysis results, relevant countermeasures were proposed to provide some practical advice for the solving of irrational drug use problems.
